How do I cancel or modify an order once it has been placed? Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to your order after it has been placed with us. If a change or cancelation can be made to an order that has not been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests. Please note that if an order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to an order placed online. 1-866-989-9342 . When adding to an order please be prepared to provide payment information again as we do not store credit card numbers from our online store.


Out of Stock Policy:

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item available for purchase on the store may, in-fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you about substitutions when available and we will backorder and ship unavailable products at a later date. You will pay for backordered products at the time of the original order and will not be charged additional shipping on the subsequent package. In most cases, when multiple products are backordered, we will wait to ship the products until all backordered items have become available.

How quickly do you ship? Orders are typically shipped within one business day of receipt of payment although this is not guaranteed. There are circumstances when an order will be held for more than one business day in attempt to fulfill the order completely. An email notification will be sent when the order has shipped along with tracking information when available. White Dove ships anywhere within the continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship online orders to PO Boxes.

Shipping Options UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. These are all Monday through Friday services. For actual delivery dates, please contact our office at 1-866-989-9342.

Is my credit card number and information secure? We value our customers and visitors to our website and respect your concerns about the privacy of your personal information and data security. Our Privacy Policy is intended to protect your privacy and provide you with a safe and secure experience.

How can I pay for my online order? We accept Visa and MasterCard.

When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged once your order has been placed. Please check your bank’s policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. White Dove Healing Arts, Ltd. reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by email or telephone.

What if I have received an incorrect item in my order or if something is broken or damaged? Contact us immediately about incorrect products and damaged or broken products. We will make every attempt to correct this type of situation as quickly as possible. Please do not discard damaged packages or broken bottles as UPS will sometimes need to assess damage when a claim has been initiated.
